If you have read this blog before you know I love the website Trash the Dress. It is such a fun idea! I'm still trying talk my sister into being the first South Bend bride to take the plunge.

Trash the dress has been getting a lot of press lately. The NY Times did a piece and ET is working on one that may air tonight, not sure. Then there is this:
Joshua Smith owner of the company Cinematic Bride is a young up and coming wedding videographer and at the age of 20 already has won a Creative Excellence Award. Accordig to his blog he will be featured in an interview on Good Morning America on Saturday in conjunction with the Trash The Dress website! So set those DVRs and watch for what I'm sure will be some excellent video footage of what looks like a really fun idea, Trash The Dress.

So Check it out on Saturday ladies!

Friends of ours in New Orleans who run the Wedding Planning Experience documented a Trash the Dress event in New Orleans this past weekend, check out the video! BTW the WPE is where many of the ideas orginated that we use in this site. Terry and Julian are a class act, great people and if you know anyone getting married in New Orleans they can't go wrong hiring their video company, Studio Vieux Carre. However you will have to ask them how to pronounce, I have never been able to wrap my tongue around the words.
